We currently accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) or Points. For gift Core Memberships, PayPal and BitPay are additional payment methods.
Can I purchase Core Membership as a gift for other deviants?
Gifting Core to another deviant is an amazing way to support their artistic journey! Simply navigate to their profile and click on the gift icon on the right side of their Profile. At this time, if that person is already a Core Member, you'll need to wait until their Core Membership has ended to give them your gift!

What are the rates for monetization platform fees for Core Members?
Selling on DeviantArt can provide Core Members benefits ranging from nice supplemental earnings to providing one's complete income. Core Members get lower rates and save big on platform fees. Visit here to view all fees and rates.
What is automatic renewal?
Core Membership comes packed with so many perks that work best on a continual, ongoing basis. From Profile personalization to active and tempting Subscriptions tiers, automatic renewal ensures you won't miss an artistic brushstroke as billing cycles come to an end. As such, each package is set to automatically renew, and your membership gets extended every month or every year, depending on the billing cycle you have chosen! You can check your billing details at any time by visiting the Billing & Payments page. Please note that your payment method may be charged up to 10 days before the auto-renewal date to ensure uninterrupted service.
What happens to existing subscriptions if your Core plan lapses?
If your Core Membership lapses, you’ll no longer be able to create new tiers, however you'll still be able to edit existing tiers. You’ll still be able to gain new subscribers, but the fee on your sales will be increased to 20%
How do I cancel my Core Membership?
You can easily cancel your membership by visiting the Billing & Payments page and clicking the three-dot menu at the top to take any actions you'd like.
What’s the refund policy for Core Membership?
Core Membership is non-refundable. If you try it and decide it's not for you, please cancel automatic renewal to avoid fu
